Hand-picked fruits undergo fermentation using the traditional ‘lagar’ technique of ‘foot-treading,’ resulting in a clear robe with a garnet hue. It exudes a youthful fruity aroma intertwined with subtle floral nuances. On the palate, Caves de Murcia reveals balanced tannins, offering a pleasing volume and culminating in an elegant, persistent finish.
